Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of StudioFleet Rentals facilities and related services. By submitting a booking inquiry or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

• Quotes are estimates until confirmed by written agreement and deposit, if required.
• Client is responsible for accuracy of dates, load-in/out times, and crew size.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments beyond scheduled wrap.

3. Fees and Payment

• Rates are hourly unless stated otherwise. Taxes and optional services may apply.
• We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
• Cleaning or damage charges may apply if the stage is not returned to standard condition.

4. Cancellations and Changes

• Full refund up to 72 hours before call time.
• Within 72 hours, a 50% fee applies for the first day reserved.
• Within 24 hours, a 100% fee applies for the first hour reserved.

5. Access and Conduct

• All crew must follow posted safety rules and manager instructions.
• Electrical tie-ins require a licensed electrician and prior approval.
• Hazardous materials, pyrotechnics, or live flames require written authorization.

6. Insurance and Liability

• Client must carry appropriate liability insurance naming StudioFleet Rentals as additional insured where applicable.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Client assumes responsibility for equipment and property brought onto the premises.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, and materials are protected by law. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our marks without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
